Fresh Cream (please dont mix up wiith “Crème Fraiche”) made from Cows Milk from the Bicycle artisan cheese team. Great for beating, patisserie, cooking and mixing. Packed in a reuseable 500ml plastic container, at request can also be filled into your own glass or plastic container.
