Description
Home-made fresh firm tofu (soybean curd). Vegetarian protein food which tends to take up the flavour of marinades or sauces it is cooked in easily, hence excellent for stir-fries. Also used in vegan creamy desserts, baking, and as a lovely and healthy cold snack when fried crispy in sesame oil and seeds, added to salads.
Our long term goal is to source all products ethically and locally where possible. If you know of a product we should be stocking please let us know!
Product notes: Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days (or longer if marinated and fried up, or freeze). Allergens: Soy.
