Mix of the week, usually bought by 2-4 person households where veggies are mainly used as a side dish, or 1-2 person households where the diet is rich in vegetables
An example for our M Veg basket (type and quantity of vegetables may vary):
Roughly 750g each of carrots, tomatoes, eggplants or zucchini or squash/pumpkin, cucumber, root vegetables like radishes/turnips/beets/rutabaga/sweet potatoes etc.; two head lettuces or a head lettuce and 2-3 varieties of cutting lettuce; medium cauliflower and/or broccoli; seasonal pepper varieties; selection of leaf vegetables for cooking or salads (may include e.g. swiss chards, namenia, rape and kale varieties, beetroot or radish leaves, wasabino, …); a mixed kitchen herb bundle; a portion of cherry tomatoes or other specialty salad tomato; a fresh spice item like garlic or ginger or turmeric or curry leaf; little surprise of the week (may be edible flowers, chillie mix, special herbs, a more uncommon veg or fruit for testing,…)
Example for fruit mix: 1 pineapple OR 1 Papaya and 1 Orange OR 1 Giant Granadilla OR 1 small melon OR 1 Grapefruit, 2 apples and/or pears, 2-3 passion fruits, 2-3 bananas, 1-2 tangerines or prickly pears or other fruit, 1 portion of grapes
